Job Description

This HR Specialist position reports to the TACHR manager and focuses on recruiting, supporting, and developing talent. Responsibilities include OCW management (contract renewals, departures, reports, and working with hiring agents), temporary and non-exempt recruitment, coordinating communication with candidates for exempt positions, assisting recruiters with candidate sourcing, coordinating monthly training and updating training records, addressing employee HR inquiries, and assisting with daily HR operations and projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, efficient, organized, and approachable, contributing to a positive work environment.
Must Have:
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 3-5 years HR experience (factory experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & HRMS
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Job Description

General Purpose:

This position reports to TACHR manager.  The job holder shall be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company’s policies and managing procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible and reliable.  Willing to regularly contribute to making our company a better place to work. Highly efficient, organized, and approachable. 

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• OCW management, included contract renewal and departure updated, reports and work with the agent for hiring administrative process;
• Temp and non-exempt recruitment;
• Coordinate communication with candidates for exempt positions and schedule interviews;
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates;
• Coordinate monthly training, regular/license training and courses search by requested; relevant training records updated;
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties; as well as projects assigned.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS degree and above;
• 3-5 years experience in HR field, factory HR experience is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HRMS
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Fluent English, both in written and speaking
