Join NXP Semiconductors Austria as an HR Trainee to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a global, innovative tech company. You will learn about the employee life cycle, support HR Managers, assist with process adaptation and automation, contribute to digital HR projects, and help with various HR functions. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about HR and digital transformation, offering a diverse and international work environment with flexible hours.
Must have:
  • Learn all about the Employee Life cycle within an international HR environment - from Onboarding to Exit
  • Work with experienced HR Managers and support them
  • Support the adaption & automation of HR processes
  • Support Manager and employee experience with state of the art reports and dashboards
  • Contribute to projects related to digital HR and HR controlling
  • Assist across various HR functions and initiatives

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within a global, innovative tech company? Join our HR team at NXP Semiconductors Austria as a Trainee and take your first steps into the world of HR in an international and diverse environment.

đŸ’Œ What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you will:

  • Learn all about the Employee Life cycle within an international HR environment - from Onboarding to Exit
  • Work with experienced HR Managers and support them

🧠 Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Student or recently graduated from university in Human Resources, Business Administrations, Economics or in a technical field of studies
  • Passionate about HR and digital transformation
  • Interest in low code/no code technologies
  • Eager to learn and to contribute
  • High integrity
  • Precise, structured, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft office environment
  • Fluent in German and English is mandatory
  • Available for at least 20 hours flexible up to 40 hours per week

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,300 gross/month for full-time employment. Your individual experiences and expectations will be considered in the application process.
