Job Description
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for payroll accounting, including month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, and analysis. This role involves performing account reconciliations, conducting BS reviews with managers, and ensuring compliance with SOX controls. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience, excellent MS Excel skills, and proficiency in English, supporting statutory audits and identifying process improvements.
Good To Have:
- Experience in multinational company or shared service organisation is strongly preferred
- SAP ERP knowledge is preferred
- Ability to manage complexity and dynamic business situation
- Identify simplification, automation and standardisation opportunities to improve processes
Must Have:
- Responsible for accounting on payroll such as month end closing, balance sheet reconciliation, balance analysis etc.
- Perform account reconciliation and arrange for BS reviews with managers
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls on payroll accounting
- Support statutory audit for payroll requests
- Qualified accountant (e.g. Bachelor's degree, CA, CPA, ACCA) with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent MS Excel skills

Job Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (e.g. Bachelor's degree, CA, CPA, ACCA) with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting
- Experience in multinational company or shared service organisation is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent MS Excel skills,
