2025-2026 NCG_Engineering Sample Planner

Role Summary:

• Sample Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain sample delivery schedules based on customer requests, product development timelines, and manufacturing capacity.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Business line, production, quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate sample preparation and shipment.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sample delivery performance, analyze delays or issues, and generate reports for internal and customer review.

Job Responsibility:

• Sample Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain sample delivery schedules based on customer requests, product development timelines, and manufacturing capacity.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Business line, production, quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate sample preparation and shipment.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding sample status, delivery timelines, and technical specifications.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sample delivery performance, analyze delays or issues, and generate reports for internal and customer review.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sample planning process and propose solutions to improve lead times and accuracy.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in semiconductor industry. Candidates with relevant experience or intern will be given preference
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel including Macros, Word).
• Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, SAP) will be advantaged.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new and advancing semiconductor technologies and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
