Job Description

As a Labor Relations Supervisor, you will support standardized HR processes including Labor Relations, Recruitment and Selection, and HR Metrics. Key responsibilities involve managing the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overseeing the full recruitment cycle, maintaining HR systems, and managing employee files. You will also handle disciplinary actions, coordinate staff events, manage cafeteria services, and develop strategies to enhance workplace climate, requiring strong communication with the Union and knowledge of Federal Labor Law.
Must have:
  • Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Internal Regulations
  • Carry out the Recruitment, Selection, Hiring, and Onboarding Process
  • Maintain Human Resources systems (hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, vacations, etc.)
  • Maintain personal files for all employees
  • Follow up on disciplinary actions for employees
  • Coordinate staff events
  • Coordinate cafeteria service
  • Develop strategies to maintain and improve the work environment
  • Communicate with the Union on labor issues
  • Manage Human Resources Metrics
  • Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT)
Good to have:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Administration and Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Office suite
  • Proficiency in English
  • Schedule availability
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and standards

LABOR RELATIONS SUPERVISOR

Role:

Requirements:

  • Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Administration and Finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Office suite.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Schedule availability.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and standards.
  • Communication skills, teamwork, and sense of urgency.
