The HVAC/R Service Manager will lead the NSW Service Division, managing a team of technicians, scheduling jobs, providing technical guidance, overseeing customer engagement, and monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and results.

Must Have

  • Managing and supporting a team of HVAC/R technicians
  • Scheduling service, maintenance, and installation jobs across NSW
  • Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting
  • Overseeing customer engagement and attending key site visits
  • Monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and results
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems
  • Previous experience managing a service or field operations team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A practical understanding of compliance and safety standards
  • Confidence working onsite and in an office-based leadership role

About The Opportunity

Reporting to the Directors, you’ll lead the NSW Service Division and play a key role in field operations and team leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting a team of HVAC/R technicians
  • Scheduling service, maintenance, and installation jobs across NSW
  • Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting
  • Overseeing customer engagement and attending key site visits
  • Monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and results

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
