The HVAC/R Service Manager will lead the NSW Service Division, managing a team of technicians, scheduling jobs, providing technical guidance, overseeing customer engagement, and monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and results.
Must Have
- Managing and supporting a team of HVAC/R technicians
- Scheduling service, maintenance, and installation jobs across NSW
- Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Overseeing customer engagement and attending key site visits
- Monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and results
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems
- Previous experience managing a service or field operations team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A practical understanding of compliance and safety standards
- Confidence working onsite and in an office-based leadership role

About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Directors, you’ll lead the NSW Service Division and play a key role in field operations and team leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting a team of HVAC/R technicians
- Scheduling service, maintenance, and installation jobs across NSW
- Providing hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Overseeing customer engagement and attending key site visits
- Monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and results
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/R systems
- Previous experience managing a service or field operations team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
