Our client is a long-standing family-owned real estate agency in Bathurst, seeking a full-time Receptionist. This role provides professional front-of-house support, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors, and assists the team with administrative and office duties. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing calls and emails, supporting property management and sales teams, and maintaining office areas. The ideal candidate has previous reception/admin experience, strong communication and computer skills, and excellent customer service.

Must Have

  • Provide professional front-of-house support
  • Greet clients, visitors, and contractors professionally
  • Answer phones, manage enquiries, and direct calls
  • Assist with email correspondence, file management, and daily administration tasks
  • Support Property Management and Sales teams with paperwork and data entry
  • Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and front office areas
  • Provide general support during busy periods and team projects
  • Previous experience in a reception or admin role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and professional phone manner

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional front-of-house support, ensuring clients and visitors receive a warm, positive, and efficient experience while assisting the team with administrative and office duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients, visitors, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering phones, managing enquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate staff
  • Assisting with email correspondence, file management and daily administration tasks
  • Supporting the Property Management and Sales teams with paperwork and data entry
  • Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and front office areas

About You

The successful candidate will have:
