Job Summary
This role is for an Administrative Management Trainee at Intime Retail Group. Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for front desk reception in the executive office area;
2. Liaise with property management to ensure environmental inspection and maintenance of the office area;
3. Responsible for business reception and government reception, assisting in the planning and organization of various large-scale company meetings and events;
4. Responsible for meeting room management, expense reimbursement, drafting internal notices, and other administrative related work.
Requirements:
1. 2026 fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above, administrative management, secretarial or other related majors preferred;
2. Experience in business reception, meeting organization, and event planning preferred;
3. Possess certain data processing ability.
