This role involves participating in cell culture process optimization and GMP production, compiling GMP management and technical documents, and managing upstream platform facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will collaborate with other departments to ensure project progress and complete assigned tasks. This position is open to fresh graduates with a biology-related major, proficient in office software, and capable of reading English literature.

Must Have

• Participate in cell culture process optimization and GMP production activities.
• Participate in the compilation of GMP management procedures, process technology, and equipment management documents for the PD department.
• Participate in or be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of upstream platform facilities, equipment, and clean areas, and complete relevant verification and confirmation work.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth project progress.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Fresh graduate with a biology-related major.
• Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel).
