Job Description
The Implementation Consultant will join the professional services team to implement configurable SaaS software solutions. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into system specifications, configuring software solutions, delivering user training, and providing technical leadership. Travel to client sites and occasional overseas travel may be required. The consultant will work directly with end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the software. This role requires strong technical skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

- Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.
Must Have:

- 2+ years of experience in software development or technical consulting.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java).
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.

What you will do:
- Work closely with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.
- Translate business and functional requirements into system specifications and configurations.
- Implement and configure software solutions to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with industry practices and compliance standards.
- Deliver user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership during implementation, offering best practice recommendations.
- Travel to client sites as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Overseas travel may also be required occasionally.
What you will need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.).
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
