As they are expanding rapidly across HK and US operations, they’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive growth and build world-class teams. You'll partner with leadership on strategic hiring, manage full-cycle recruitment, and elevate the employer brand while building robust talent pipelines across all functions.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment process for different roles including but not limited software engineering, hardware engineering, design, and operations roles, through sourcing and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to advise on market trends, candidate profiles, and recruiting strategies while conducting talent market research to inform hiring approaches and compensation benchmarking.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines across all business functions, including specialized and emerging roles, by utilizing LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, and industry networks.
- Lead intern and graduate recruitment initiatives by managing campus programs and building relationships with universities and student organizations to strengthen the early talent pipeline.
- Drive operational improvements in recruitment processes and tools while coordinating onboarding logistics and serving as a brand ambassador at events to enhance candidate engagement and elevate the employer brand.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience in technology, entertainment, or consumer electronics sectors is preferred
- Expert negotiator with strong process management capabilities, able to guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey and successfully close offers
- Experienced with ATS such as Greenhouse, and possesses excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
