LIMS Consultant (Japanese Speaking)

We are seeking a technically skilled Implementation Consultant to join our client's professional services team. This role is perfect for individuals with a software development background who are passionate about connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will be crucial in implementing configurable SaaS software solutions for clients, collaborating directly with end users and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Must Have

• Analyze and document customer requirements and business processes
• Translate business requirements to application functional requirements
• Configure LIMS systems to meet customer needs
• Deliver training courses to customers
• Assist customers with validation and testing stages
• Work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers
• Travel to customer sites for implementation and configuration projects
• Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.)
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Ability to accommodate overnight travel
• Excellent Japanese communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills

What you will need:
