Overview
Our client is a Series B–funded company with offices across the US and Hong Kong that focuses on AI interactive games. They are growing rapidly and seeking a talented HR Administrator. In this role, you'll be a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates; ensuring a seamless interview process from start to finish. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact our hiring efficiency and employer brand. You'll also contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements, gaining valuable exposure to talent acquisition operations.
What You Will Do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and debrief sessions across Hong Kong and US offices, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across different time zones.
- Gather and consolidate interview feedback to support hiring decision-making processes.
- Oversee job postings throughout the recruitment process, including drafting, posting, and closing on various platforms, and communicate application status updates to candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure seamless transition into the team.
- Support recruitment planning activities, including market research on role specifications, compensation benchmarking, and participation in talent acquisition projects such as graduate hiring programs and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Perform other talent acquisition responsibilities as needed.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor degree or above with 1+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment coordination or Talent Acquisition support roles.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes and meet concurrent deadlines.
- Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Greenhouse or similar platforms.
- Strong team collaborator with outstanding communication abilities in English—both written and spoken—capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
