Job Description

Autodesk Consulting is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on engineering infrastructure, specifically linear infrastructure, rail, or roads. This role involves combining AEC industry experience with an in-depth understanding of design, engineering, or construction processes. You will guide enterprise customers, offering consulting services like process review, implementation strategies, software training, and technical guidance to maximize their investment in Autodesk technologies. The position aims to help customers effectively apply Autodesk solutions and lead consulting engagements.
Must have:
  • Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk solutions.
  • Lead Autodesk consulting engagements with customers.
  • Create and manage processes, priorities, and ownership for deliverable work streams.
  • Demonstrate proposed solutions and product overviews and relate them to the customer’s business issues.
  • Communicate to customers via a range of means including guides, process diagrams, flow charts, and best practices guides.
  • Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Define migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk products.
  • Build relationship with key internal stakeholders including product team(s) to ensure you are across product roadmap(s).
  • Fluent Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish and fluent English.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in relevant industries.
  • 3+ years of experience working on business improvement initiatives that require the implementation of digital solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to Autodesk events and customer meetings including international travel.
  • Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management or another applicable area or equivalent work experience.

Position Overview

Autodesk Consulting is seeking a talented Implementation Consultant focused on engineering infrastructure. Your primary focus is linear infrastructure, rail, roads or similar. This position combines your AEC industry experience with your in-depth understanding of design, engineering or construction processes.

You will work directly with our enterprise customers to offer consulting services including process and workflow review/development, implementation and deployment strategies, software training and technical guidance as well as industry expertise to ensure customers are maximising the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies.

We offer hybrid contracts, with no minimum office days. You will report to the Manager, EMEA, Enterprise Customer Success, Consulting Services.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk solutions
  • Lead Autodesk consulting engagements with customers
  • Create and manage processes, priorities, and ownership for deliverable work streams
  • Demonstrate proposed solutions and product overviews and relate them to the customer’s business issues

  • Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish in addition fluent English to enable you to work with our customers
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in relevant industries
  • 3+ years of experience working on business improvement initiatives that require the implementation of digital solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to Autodesk events and customer meetings including international travel
  • Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management or another applicable area or equivalent work experience
