The Project Manager at Autodesk's Customer Success Design Operations team supports project leads in executing highly visible, cross-functional projects.   • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings for program management.
  • Prepare presentations supporting program objectives.
  • Possess 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Experience working effectively with global or virtual teams.

Position Overview

At Autodesk, we are all about creating irresistible experiences that unlock value for our customers. Our Customer Success Design Operations team works on highly visible and cross-functional projects to drive strategic and operational success. We act as a central program and project management office (PMO) to the Customer Success Design team.

In this role, you will support one or more project leads, ensuring that projects are executed successfully. You will perform a wide range of tasks to help drive overall implementation of project goals and objectives. In addition, you may be asked to facilitate operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage specific large- and small-scale projects that have a distinct beginning and end
  • Develop and maintain project plan. Regularly update plan with new information, risks, and decisions
  • Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient and effective project operations, which may include managing governance processes, and monitoring and tracking project performance
  • Communicate with project lead and stakeholders. Work proactively with the project lead to resolve critical issues
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings to manage programs
  • Assist with preparing a variety of presentations in support of the program objectives
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and passionate about delivering great experiences
  • Structured and efficient in planning and coordination of projects
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant project management work experience. Bonus points if it was in a customer success organization
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Experience working effectively with global / virtual teams
