Financial Analysis

Job Description

This role supports financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and accounting for Cubic's India entity and value capture initiatives, primarily within the CTS business. The incumbent will assist in preparing plans, management presentations, and ad-hoc requests, requiring a strong understanding of Cubic and CTS business models, cost drivers, and project financials. The position involves working with regional teams to ensure accurate data and providing support for the planning tool, operating with minimal supervision and significant decision-making authority.

Must Have:

Supports financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and accounting functions.
Assists in preparing plans and management presentations.
Good understanding of Cubic and CTS business models and cost drivers.
Understands projects and their fit within organizational financials.
Ensures accuracy of data provided for information requests.
Provides support for the planning tool.
Exercises discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.

Job Details:

Supports the financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and accounting functions for entire India entity and value capture initiatives. Assists in preparing Plans, management presentations and other ad-hoc requests primarily focused on the India entity and CTS business. Should have good understanding of Cubic and CTS business models and the associated cost drivers. Understands our projects and how projects fit in the organization financials. Works with the regions to fill information requests ensuring that the requests are understood and that the data provided back is accurate. Provide support to Cubic and CTS with the planning tool, ensuring data flows accurately and that forecast are accurate. This position typically works under minimal supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.
