Job Description

The Industrial Engineering Program Manager will be responsible for modeling and evaluating discrete process simulations, designing plant layouts using CAD/CAM software to create 3D models, and developing and installing plant control systems. The role involves collaborating with designers, researchers, and engineering consultants, investigating process ergonomics, and improving factory efficiency through metrics and cost calculations. The manager will implement lean principles, optimize resource use, and benchmark factory performance. They will also apply engineering models to solve manufacturing problems, analyze factory data, lead IE discussions at production sites, and manage project implementation at contract manufacturers. This position requires international travel.
Must have:
  • Modeling and evaluating discrete process simulations.
  • Designing plant layouts using CAD/CAM software and 3D models.
  • Developing and installing plant control systems.
  • Applying engineering, mathematical models, and simulation.
  • Managing development and implementation of projects.
