As an Industry Process Consultant in the 2025 China Graduate Program, you will master the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, execute value engagement activities, and propose best methodologies for customers' business processes. You will maximize standard platform usage, collaborate with the internal ecosystem, and document best practices. Responsibilities include performing solution demonstrations, supporting script creation, and managing customer activity planning to ensure successful deployment of agreed solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Master the 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage by maintaining knowledge of the Industry Process Experiences, for a set of Industry or Brand offers.
Execute with efficiency and with a lean method, the VALUE ENGAGEMENT allocated activities, providing deliverables, according to the different phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews deliverables quality.
Propose best methodologies and usages of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform related to customers’ business processes modeling, analysis and reengineering on targeted scope
Maximize and valorize the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform standard usage while minimizing and documenting the potential gaps and their impacts, and provide reporting to the account team or project team in order to anticipate and mitigate risks on the engagement.
Closely collaborate with the DS internal ecosystem.
Identify, document and capitalize the best practices on the specific SWYM Community. Document storyboards through the capture of use cases to support iteration workshops with clients and convergence on the proposition to address targeted business processes Perform standard solutions demonstration from the EXPERIENCE Center.
Setup the right environment for allocated customers’ demonstrations.
Support creation of script and material for customer’s specific demonstration within the engagement team.
Fill in RFx answers on functional scope allocated topics.
Manage their customers activities planning accordingly to the plan and provide report on it.
Confirm and finalize customer story-boards based on agreed solution to be deployed, aligned with targeted solution Architecture

Regularly publish relevant content into the IFWE Loop communities.
