Job Description

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will lead influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, developing relationships with influencers, brainstorming creative content ideas for campaigns. Other responsibilities include planning shoots, coordinating with agencies, researching industry experts, monitoring trends, coordinating marketing strategies across different channels, overseeing campaign implementation, and measuring campaign success using KPIs. You will also collaborate with the marketing and design teams, research market data, and generate reports on campaign performance.
Must have:
  • Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns
  • Experience in Beauty brands

  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized with great time management skills

  • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends
  • Proven experience in using social media platforms as marketing channels

  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical

Role: Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai, India 

 

About the role:

We are looking for an expert Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our influencer marketing strategies and campaigns and increase brand awareness.  

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you need to have prior 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing for Beauty lead brands/campaigns. Your job duties will include identifying new partnership opportunities, developing relationships with prominent influencers, and brainstorming creative and engaging content ideas for influencer campaigns targeting different social media platforms. 

One needs to have an in-depth understanding of the social media and influencer landscape and proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.  

 

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders 
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
  • Develop content ideas and write and curate content
  • Should be able to plan shoots and coordinate with agencies
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of all influencer campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Set up and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the campaign’s success
  • Serve as a liaison between our brand ambassadors/influencers and the marketing team
  • Identify new opportunities for collaborating with established influencers and come up with innovative ways to approach influencer campaigns
  • Cultivate professional partnerships with existing contacts and network for relevant ones
  • Work with the marketing and design team to post influencer content on social media platforms
  • Research market data and trends to establish best practices related to influencer campaigns
  • Generate and present reports on campaign performance
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends on social media and in the influencer community to provide recommendations for future campaigns

  

What you need to be great at:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or any similar field
  • Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns
  • Prior experience in Beauty brands
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or TapInfluence)
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized with great time management skills
  • Outstanding project management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship buildingskills
  • Networking aptitude
  • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends
  • Proven experience in using social media platforms as marketing channels
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
