We are looking for a Content Manager**.

Your main tasks will be:

• Scout and recruit content makers and agencies (focus: male content).
• Support onboarding processes, track performance. Do process adjustments to reach performance targets.
• Collaborate with the team on strategic goal achievement.
• Work with reporting systems and Google Suite.

We expect from you:

• Experience with streamer/content maker acquisition/model scouting.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools. Strong Google Sheets user.
• Proficiency in Russian and English. Spanish is a big plus.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
