Job Summary
The Integrated Demand Marketing Manager at Gigamon will be responsible for implementing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to boost awareness and generate leads through various channels, supporting sales and partners. The role involves developing customer acquisition strategies, creating creative marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to drive meaningful actions. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to implement and optimize marketing deliverables, working with online and offline campaign elements, collaborating with field marketing teams globally, enabling sales and partner teams, consistently iterating and improving campaigns through measurement, and tracking and reporting on metrics. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing demand generation or corporate campaigns, familiarity with relevant software, and strong communication skills, with a focus on results and optimization.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Job Description
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement and optimize comprehensive marketing deliverables that generate awareness and create demand for Gigamon solutions and products.
- Work closely with stakeholders on a mix of on-line and off-line campaign elements including web, social (paid and organic), Gigamon community, paid digital, emails, webinars, events, etc. - with the most compelling and creative calls to action to deliver pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with worldwide field marketing teams for efficient and effective execution of integrated marketing campaigns worldwide.
- Enable the sales and partner teams to ensure that they are aware of the latest marketing campaigns and have the right tools to follow up as required.
- Consistently iterate and improve marketing campaigns through measurement and optimization.
- Track and report on operational and tactical metrics using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes and success.
- 5 years post-undergraduate experience managing demand generation, customer acquisition, or corporate campaigns for technology companies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results.
- A self-motivated individual; a good team player; someone who takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work.
- Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting.
- Ability to think out of the box and test new, creative approaches and strategies.
