About the position and team

You will be part of the Strategy team within the Business Management Office, responsible for coordinating, designing, and supervising the Information Technology strategy. This team works hand in hand with training providers to address both technical and soft skills training needs, ensuring correct knowledge adoption and contributing to the strengthening of staff competencies.

About you

As an Intern in the IT Training area, you will support the collection and standardization of course proposals, as well as the logistical coordination for the execution of the training program. You will have the opportunity to learn about training management processes, interaction with providers, organization of courses and webinars, and documentation of key projects aimed at improving the team's technical and soft skills.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Collect and organize training proposals from providers.
• Support the logistics of courses and webinars (invitations, confirmations, attendance control).
• Prepare reports and monitor the execution of the training program.
• Keep the register of providers and courses taught up to date.
• Collaborate in the documentation and standardization of training-related processes.

Requirements

• Active student of Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources.
