We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our high-volume adaptation team. In this role, you’ll assist in adapting and resizing creative assets (such as posters, banners, and visuals) into various formats and platforms for clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, professional design environment that handles large-scale production work.
Must have:
  • Assist in adapting and resizing creative assets for web, mobile, OTT, social media, and print.
  • Support the team in maintaining visual consistency and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with art directors and production designers to handle feedback and revisions.
  • Help manage multiple adaptation briefs, track progress, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Stay organized with file naming, version control, and feedback logs.
  • A design student or recent graduate with a strong interest in graphic design and digital media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (basic knowledge; advanced skills are a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for alignment, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Able to handle repetitive, template-based work without losing focus.
  • Eager to learn and open to working in night shifts (US time zone).
Good to have:
  • Previous internship or coursework in graphic design, media, or advertising.
  • A portfolio showcasing design skills (class projects or freelance work are acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of OTT or entertainment marketing is a plus.
