Job Description

As a Solution Designer within the Product Management organization, you will play a key role in defining the next generation of card manufacturing solutions and their associated platforms. You will be responsible for software design, solution consistency within a global transformation and platform harmonization program, and deployment support for the solutions you help create. Your scope will cover the entire card lifecycle: from ordering and visual management (portal/API) to data management and billing.

Must Have:
  • Act as an interface between business, regional stakeholders, and technical teams to gather needs and transform them into concrete solutions.
  • Participate in UX workshops to solve real problems with simple and effective solutions.
  • Define application interaction across the entire card lifecycle.
  • Translate needs into clear requirements for the Product Owner.
  • Contribute to writing and reviewing User Stories and Epics.
  • Design end-to-end, modular, and scalable architectures.
  • Pilot POCs, demonstrations, and simulations to validate concepts.
  • Collaborate with partners, other product lines, and regional teams for smooth deployments.
  • Provide pre-sales support in conjunction with sales teams.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap with Product Owners and Business Owners.
  • Document your domains in the developer portal and ServiceNow.
  • Over 15 years of experience in the payment and card ecosystem.
  • Experience with card ordering ecosystems (onboarding, artwork, data management).
  • Experience in user experience and customer journey design.
  • Experience with APIs and modern integration approaches.
  • Experience in structuring modular and scalable solutions.

Your profile

You hold an engineering degree in computer science or equivalent, and you have more than 15 years of experience in the payment and card ecosystem, particularly in:

  • Card ordering ecosystems (onboarding, artwork, data management, etc.)
  • User experience and customer journey design
  • APIs and modern integration approaches
  • Structuring modular and scalable solutions
