AnyDesk is seeking a highly motivated Intern or Working Student to join their Office and Culture Team. This role involves supporting day-to-day office operations, administrative tasks, maintaining facilities, managing supplies, and assisting with the planning and execution of internal team events and cultural initiatives to foster a vibrant office culture.
Must have:
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing the office mailbox and serving as the primary point of contact for all queries
  • Help to maintain office facilities and coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management
  • Assist in maintaining a positive office culture
  • Support the planning and execution of internal team events and cultural initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German (verbal and written)

  • Experience in an office environment or administrative role
  • Accurate work ethic with an eye for detail
  • Positive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure

What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Intern or Working Student to join our Office and Culture Team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in office management, event coordination, and team collaboration - all while playing an active part in shaping a vibrant office culture.

  • Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing the office mailbox and serving as the primary point of contact for all queries
  • Helping to maintain office facilities and coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to take initiative
  • Friendly and approachable with a team-first attitude
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German (verbal and written)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in an office environment or administrative role is a plus
