Job Summary
Job Description
The Internal Audit Manager at GoTo Group will lead audits, design risk-based audit plans aligning with regulatory compliance and business needs. Responsibilities include independent and efficient audit delivery, communicating findings (Bahasa and English), collaborating on team discussions and stakeholder engagements, analyzing operational processes and regulatory issues, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools. The successful candidate will support the oversight responsibilities of the Board and advise Management on operational efficiencies, risk management, and asset safeguarding.
Must have:
- 8+ years audit experience (public accounting & internal audit)
- OJK regulation understanding & auditing experience
- Effective communication (Bahasa & English)
- Data analysis skills (ACL, Excel, Tableau)
- Leadership attributes, attention to detail
Good to have:
- Relevant audit and risk certification

Job Details
What You Will Do
- As the Lead Auditor, you will support the design of risk-based audit plan influenced by regulatory compliance requirements, business needs and inputs from the governance teams (ERM, Ethics and Regulatory Compliance). You will deliver the audit as planned, discussion of issues with business and Group Audit, write up of report, advise and monitor on remediation progress. Expectations of the role include:
- Ability to deliver audit engagements independently and efficiently
· Effective verbal and written communication (in Bahasa and English) of audit findings, remediation and reports to management.
· Active participation and contribution to team discussion, audit planning, and stakeholder engagements.
· Ability to analyze operational process, regulatory issues and root cause.
· Strong focus on quality deliverables such as audit report, work paper write ups, and presentation.
What You Will Need
- Mandatory: Minimum 8 years of audit experience obtained from public accounting and financial services internal audit roles.
- Mandatory: Understanding and experience complying / auditing of relevant OJK regulations for multi-finance institutions.
- Relevant certification in audit and risk preferred.
- Highly motivated, demonstrated leadership attributes, meticulous attention to detail and problem solving
- Effective communication in both Bahasa and English (verbal and written).
- Ability to use data analysis tools (like ACL, MS Excel, Tableau, etc.).
