Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions company, is seeking an International Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support sales-related activities for the International Team. The role involves liaising with Sales Directors, Sales Administration, and Sales Engineering, managing inbound inquiries, supporting requirement capture, responding to requests for information, and assisting in qualifying and tracking opportunities. This position is eligible for 100% remote work and requires a problem-solving, creative, and learning-oriented approach to help keep people safer everywhere through critical communications and video security technologies.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a wireless, communications, or network systems industry.
  • Strong understanding of the applications for Silvus products within assigned territory.
Must Have:
  • Act as an initial point of contact for international clients, capturing and organizing technical and programmatic requirements.
  • Respond to urgent client requests and ensure timely coordination across internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing quotes and proposals, manage CRM updates, and monitor opportunity progress.
  • Review solicitations and RFIs to support early-stage qualification and capture planning.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Silvus products to aid in internal alignment and customer communication.
  • Completion of secondary education (such as GCSEs or an equivalent national qualification; high school diploma or GED).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in a technology-related industry.
  • Proficiency in the use of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration.
  • Successful clearance of a background check.

Job Description

Silvus is seeking an International Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who will liaise directly with Sales Directors, the Sales Administration team, Sales Engineering, and other team members to support a wide range of sales-related activities, embracing a culture of problem-solving, creativity, and a willingness to learn. This position plays a key support role on the International Team, working closely with Sales Directors and the Sales Administration team to manage inbound inquiries, support requirement capture, respond to emergent requests for information, and assist in qualifying and tracking opportunities through the sales process. This position is eligible for 100% remote work, depending on location. The following is a list of at least some of the current essential job functions of the position. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time at its discretion.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client & Sales Support: Act as an initial point of contact for international clients, capturing and organizing technical and programmatic requirements to enable handoff to the appropriate team members. Respond to urgent client requests and ensure timely coordination across internal stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development & Opportunity Tracking: Assist in preparing quotes and proposals, manage CRM updates, and monitor opportunity progress. Review solicitations and RFIs to support early-stage qualification and capture planning.
  • Product Familiarity & Research: Maintain working knowledge of Silvus products to aid in internal alignment and customer communication. Support research on market trends, competitive activity, and international program developments as assigned.
  • Communication & Coordination: Help prepare presentation materials, organize web-based client discussions, and contribute to a seamless client experience by ensuring information flow between sales, operations, and technical teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Regular virtual interaction with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and legal.

Basic Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education (such as GCSEs or an equivalent national qualification; high school diploma or GED) is required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in a technology-related industry.
  • Proficiency in the use of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration.
  • All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Outdoor environment for demonstrations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following:
  • Lift equipment up to 20 lbs. for the setup of demonstration and testing.
  • Manage the movement of large, suitcase-size Pelican cases (e.g., for travel, demonstrations, etc.).
