The Internet Sales (BDC) Manager leads the online sales department, managing operations to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer service. This pivotal role involves driving online sales, training sales specialists, collaborating with marketing, and reporting on performance. The manager is responsible for guiding and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to overall departmental success.
Must have:
  • Lead online sales department and achieve targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries, emails, calls, and texts.
  • Train Sales Specialists on CRM, online sales, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for online content and campaigns.
  • Motivate team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports.
  • Possess BDC Management experience.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service.
  • Proficient with online sales tools, CRM, and digital marketing.
  • Knowledgeable in auto industry trends and products.
  • Results-driven with strong organizational skills.
  • Experienced in training and motivating teams.

Job Description

The Internet Sales (BDC) Manager plays a pivotal role in our dealership by leading the online sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and drive the online sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, exceptional customer service and overall departmental success.

Must have BDC Management Experience

Fluent in Spanish a +++

Responsibilities

  • Support the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams, and departments collaboratively and professionally with a confident and positive attitude.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to online inquiries, emails, phone calls and text messages.
  • Train new and existing Sales Specialists on CRM, online sales and customer follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging online content and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the sale's department performance, key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Internet Sales (BDC) Management.
  • Fluent in Spanish, highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with online sales tools, CRM software and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of auto industry trends and products.
  • Results-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in training and motivating teams and individuals.
