Job Summary
This internship offers the opportunity to gain experience in project management within a digital go-to-market context. The role involves assisting in project preparations, coordinating timelines and resources, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and taking responsibility for individual work packages. Candidates should be master's students in Business Administration, (Digital) Sales & Marketing, with project management experience, excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, German, and English.
Must Have
- Assist in project management, including preparations for executive management meetings
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive project objectives
- Take responsibility for individual work packages
- Support the preparation, conduct, and follow-up of workshops
- Contribute creative ideas and insights
- Currently enrolled in a master’s program with a focus on Business Administration, (Digital) Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- First experience in Project Management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative on individual tasks
- Highly motivated with a can-do mentality and flexibility to work with different interfaces in an agile environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English

- Knowledge of SCRUM methodology

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Experience project management: You will work in a project management team to assist in various aspects of project management, including preparations for executive management meetings
- Reliable work: You will coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Stakeholder management: You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive project objectives and deliver results
- Take responsibility: You will take responsibility for your own work packages within the project team
- Organizational talent: You will support the preparation, conduct, and follow-up of workshops
- Be creative: You will contribute with creative ideas and insights
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Study field: You should currently be enrolled in a master’s program with a focus on Business Administration, (Digital) Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Project Management: You should have first experience in Project Management (knowledge of SCRUM methodology is a plus), consulting, digital Marketing, or Content management
- Skills: You should possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Working style: You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative on individual task
- Personality: You should be highly motivated with a can-do mentality and flexibility to work with different interfaces in an agile environment
- Tools: You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Language skills: You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
