Supply chain management is today a key success factor for any company, whether manufacturing products or providing services. To remain competitive, a company must constantly ensure that its supplier network is reliable.

The ENOVIA Sourcing & Supply Network organization develops cloud and on-premise applications for Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform. These solutions enable clients to effectively manage their supplier network, collaborate via requests for information or quotation, and exchange technical data related to the products to be supplied.

This network is constantly evolving due to many factors:

• The evolution of needs, new or obsolete, which require adapting suppliers accordingly.
• Adaptation to certain identified risks, such as strengthening the number of suppliers capable of providing the most critical components.
• Insufficient supplier performance requiring their replacement.
• Geopolitical, technological, economic, or other news that may impact certain suppliers or the manufacturing process in general.

This last type of factor is particularly difficult to take into account, as it is based on information relating to suppliers, often disseminated on the web but not directly integrated into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Your missions

The purpose of this internship is therefore to design a new application providing a 360-degree view of relevant information relating to suppliers and, more generally, to any type of information likely to have an impact on the supplier network, thus enabling a client to make decisions.

For example, a supplier's economic results for the last financial year may prompt a client to identify a risk related to this supplier. This risk will then trigger a study, which may eventually lead to the replacement of the supplier.

The work will consist of designing and implementing the entire software stack, client and server side, allowing to collect, visualize and eventually store information concerning suppliers from external sources.

The solution will notably use NLP (Natural Language Processing) technologies from Dassault Systèmes' Proxem branch, which allow semantic data analysis and extraction of relevant information.

Your qualifications

Currently in Master 2 / Bac+5 in Engineering School or University, you have:

• Full stack development skills.
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, CSS).
• Good practice of JavaScript and Java languages.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Familiarity with semantic web and standards such as RDF.
• First experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies.
• Data modeling skills.
• Ability to prototype user interfaces.

You communicate easily in English, both written and oral, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills. Your collaborative spirit allows you to integrate effectively into a multidisciplinary team.
