Job Summary
This internship position supports the Lead-to-Quote and eBusiness teams by managing digital quoting tools, partner enablement, and catalog operations. The role provides hands-on experience with HP2B, CPQ systems, and digital transformation initiatives, aiming to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include CRM and B2B eCommerce system support, product and pricing configuration in CPQ tools, collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring customer access, analyzing user feedback, and maintaining documentation.
Must Have
- Support account setup and onboarding processes in CRM and B2B eCommerce systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely activation.
- Assist with product and pricing configuration within CPQ tools, helping ensure accuracy in customer quotes and orders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, IT, Marketing, Customer Support) to improve digital touchpoints and portal usability.
- Monitor and help resolve customer access or usability issues within the eCommerce platform.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey across digital channels.
- Help maintain internal documentation and training materials for portal usage, CPQ guidelines, and onboarding procedures.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in digital platforms, B2B commerce, and customer experience technologies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
- Effective English communication skills.
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of CRM, ERP, or CPQ systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP is a plus.
- Spanish is a plus.
