INTERNSHIP – Redesign of internal communication and onboarding tools – M/F

Located in Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales' most important technological centers of excellence. You will join a team that aims to improve its internal communication and optimize information dissemination and onboarding tools for new arrivals on its Intranet. The objective is to strengthen communication consistency, enhance user experience, and promote rapid skill development for new employees.

Must Have

• Analyze existing tools, content, architecture, and current integration paths on the intranet
• Identify team needs (communication, HR, technical) regarding information, support, and visibility
• Propose a redesign of internal communication adapted to the competence center's culture and challenges
• Design or update onboarding materials (integration paths, practical sheets, interactive presentations, guides, etc.)
• Participate in the implementation on the intranet (structuring, ergonomics, graphics, content) in conjunction with IT and communication teams

Good to Have

• Following a BAC+3 course in digital communication/project management
• Good command of office suite and intranet publishing (Sharepoint or equivalent)
• Good understanding of technical or industrial environments
• Strong writing skills and analytical mind

By joining us, you will be entrusted with the following missions:

Your profile

Are you pursuing a BAC+3 level course in digital communication/project management and looking for an internship for a duration of 2 to 4 months?

Do you have a good command of office suite and intranet publishing (Sharepoint or equivalent)?

Do you have a good understanding of technical or industrial environments?

Do you demonstrate strong writing skills and an analytical mind?
