Must Have

  • Planning and execution of system development projects

Nissan's Production & Supply Chain Management System Department contributes to the Nissan Intelligent Factory from a digitalization perspective, in collaboration with the Production Engineering Division and Production Planning & Control Division. We are also promoting the construction of next-generation SCM systems that challenge rapid changes and market shifts.

MFG (Manufacturing) Team

  • Production technology area
  • Process management area

SCM (Supply Chain Management) Team

  • Production control area
  • Inbound (parts logistics) area
  • Outbound (finished vehicle logistics) area
  • Global order (global vehicle order reception and placement) area

The main mission is to promote the digitalization of Nissan's production and supply chain businesses, and the main tasks are as follows:

  • System development project planning and execution (60%)
  • Existing system improvement and operation management (30%)
  • Benchmark execution and roadmap creation (10%)
  • Experience in IT department at a business company, or development experience at an IT vendor, consulting firm, or SIer (3 years or more in all cases)
  • Experience in manufacturing industry, logistics industry is a plus
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills in Japanese
  • Business experience using English, no resistance to English (TOEIC 600 points level)
  • Automotive industry experience: a plus if available

Estimated Annual Income

General Manager Level:

  • Monthly salary range (reference value): 323,000 JPY to 439,000 JPY
  • *Determined comprehensively considering experience and expertise*
  • Estimated annual income (reference value): Approximately 6,000,000 JPY to 7,800,000 JPY
  • *Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus (estimated value)*
  • *Bonus amount is a reference value; actual payment timing, amount, and conditions will be determined separately.*
  • *Overtime allowance, etc., will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.*

Assistant Manager Level:

  • Monthly salary range (reference value): 404,000 JPY to 490,000 JPY
  • *Determined comprehensively considering experience and expertise*
  • Estimated annual income (reference value): Approximately 9,000,000 JPY to 10,600,000 JPY
  • *Includes fixed overtime for 30 hours/month for Assistant Manager level*
  • *Includes bonus (estimated value)*
  • *Actual payment timing, amount, and conditions will be determined separately.*
