As the technical lead in the sales organization within the region, customers will look to you for guidance choosing the right products and for help with optimizing the implementation. You must also have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and of course, superior technical skills. You must also possess the willingness to perform detailed bench work to breadboard and test solutions for customers.

Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $103,027 to $151,736. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location.

The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
