IT Analyst (Associate)

PwC is seeking an ambitious and self-driven IT Analyst (Associate) to join their Technology Advisory team in Athens. The role involves supporting the analysis and design of IT development of ITIL-based processes, gathering requirements for ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira, contributing to process improvements using automation, creating training materials, assisting in building dashboards for performance monitoring, participating in assessments, and contributing to proposal writing for ITSM and IT Governance services.

Must Have

• Support analysis and design of ITIL-based processes
• Gather requirements and configure ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Improve ITSM processes with automation
• Create training materials for ITSM best practices
• Build dashboards and reports for ITSM performance
• Participate in assessments and document governance structures
• Contribute to proposals for ITSM and IT Governance services
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic understanding of ITSM and IT Governance concepts
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset

• ITIL certification

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven IT Analyst (Associate) to join our Technology Advisory team in Athens.

• Support the analysis and design of IT development of ITIL-based processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management) under guidance of fellow team members
• Help gather requirements and collaborate with technical teams to configure ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira
• Contribute ideas to improve ITSM processes using automation tools
• Help create training materials and assist in delivering sessions on ITSM best practices
• Assist in building dashboards and reports to monitor ITSM performance
• Participate in assessments and help document governance, process, and technology structures
• Contribute to proposal writing, pitch decks, and playbooks for ITSM and IT Governance services

What you bring matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic understanding of ITSM and IT Governance concepts (ITIL certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy) is a bonus
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn how to present technical ideas clearly
• Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Interest in consulting and working across industries like Energy, Banking, Public Sector, etc.
