Job Description

This is a hands-on, builder role where you will help define and drive operational practices, not simply maintain existing ones — building relationships with software development teams including project managers, engineering managers, and internal customers; backing up leadership in key meetings; driving adoption of new processes; and ensuring operational efficiency across a fast-paced, sophisticated environment. You will be trusted to use strong discernment: independently taking action when appropriate and pulling leadership in when needed. Success requires being comfortable operating without perfect information, navigating ambiguity, influencing outcomes, and coordinating multiple sources of truth.
