Job Description

Instabase is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join their global team, supporting over 250 employees across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role involves providing professional IT support, managing systems, and collaborating with HR, Engineering, and Sales. The specialist will be crucial in onboarding new international teams, building new processes, and continuously improving infrastructure, security, and systems as the company scales. This position is vital for democratizing access to cutting-edge AI innovation and solving unstructured data problems for large organizations.
Must Have:
  • Resolve internal IT tickets related to software, hardware, networking, and equipment issues
  • Troubleshoot various tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian, Kandji, Intune
  • Lead lifecycle onboarding and offboarding for employees, including accounts, hardware logistics, and training
  • Plan, maintain, and manage inventory logistics for all equipment, including shipping within the APAC region
  • Define and automate company processes to proactively scale the company
  • 4-8 years of proven experience managing IT infrastructure and services for a growing organization
  • Strong experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
  • Proficient with modern cloud applications and interfaces
  • Ability to operate with a "security first" mindset
  • Experience working with a modern ticketing system
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

This team works on a wide range of challenges, including providing support to over 250 employees in a professional manner - teams are distributed across North America, EMEA and APAC. ## As an IT Operations Specialist As an IT Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping onboard and support our growing international teams and systems. You’ll work closely with a number of teams, including, but not limited to HR, Engineering and Sales.
