Must Have

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects within the banking domain, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance, and technology architecture.
- Manage project lifecycle activities: scope, resource planning, timelines, risk assessment, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure technical solutions meet financial and operational needs.
- Oversee vendor and third-party management, ensuring deliverables and budgets are met.
- Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and steering committee materials.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement in project governance, agile/hybrid delivery models, and cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory and security standards relevant to the financial industry.
- Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative attitude in problem-solving
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record in technology-driven initiatives (e.g., system integrations, digital banking platforms, data migrations, or core banking implementations).
- Solid understanding of financial products and operational processes.
- Strong technical acumen — ability to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models with developers.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (business analysts, developers, testers, external vendors).
