This is an office-based Technical Support Engineer position within a globally renowned corporation producing heating systems. The role requires strong technical leadership and initiative, focusing on after-sales support for heating and water heating applications. Responsibilities include providing technical support to service networks, managing warranty claims, assisting with spare parts, conducting training, and reporting technical issues to headquarters.

Must Have

  • Provide technical support to the service network and service technicians in the field
  • Manage and control warranty claims
  • Assist the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock
  • Conduct technical training sessions for service center technicians
  • Periodically visit service centers to check and improve quality levels based on defined performance indicators and required standards
  • Report technical and quality issues to headquarters
  • Manage local spare parts replenishment and inventory
  • Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • 3+ years of professional experience in industrial environment
  • Degree in engineering or a related field
  • Very good command of the Greek and English language
  • Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office
  • Technical knowledge on Plumbing and HVAC systems
