Project Manager Specialist

The Project Manager Specialist plans, monitors, and manages projects from initiation to completion, utilizing resources and formal processes to manage budgets, risks, and changes. The role ensures projects meet business requirements, satisfy internal and external stakeholders, and adhere to specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes. This position involves organizing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and meeting deadlines by fostering effective relationships.

Must Have

• Plan, monitor and administer part of a mid-size project
• Manage projects to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction
• Organize and utilize resources effectively
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues
• Meet project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes
• Meet project deadlines
• Experience in project management delivery utilizing established project management methodology
• Degree in Computer Science or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• At least 6 years of experience
• Certification and effectiveness in desktop project management tools including Excel
• Certification in Project Management administration tools such as Gantt charts

• Manages projects while being mentored by one of the senior project managers.
• Organizes and utilizes resources and coordinates effectively with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Meets the project plans obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.
• Meets project deadlines through developing effective relationships in order to get things done.
• Has experience in project management delivery utilizing established project management methodology.
• Typically works under supervision to manage projects around systems integration, or product development enhancements.

• Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, or other related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience Required: At least 6 years
• Special Qualifications: Certification and effectiveness in desktop project management tools including Excel and certification in Project Management administration tools such as Gantt charts etc.
