Our internal organization faces major challenges: IT services must be reliable, scalable, and continuously improved to optimally support our colleagues. The ITSM team plays a crucial role in this. The team consists of three Service Managers and five process managers. In collaboration with other teams within ITS, we ensure that our IT services meet the needs of the business and comply with high quality standards.
As an IT Service Manager, you are the director of our IT services and bring a strong focus on continuous improvement. You monitor the quality of services, ensure that agreements are met, and are the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly. You also contribute to the improvement of current services and the introduction of new services.
This role is classified at Senior Associate level: you act at this level by showing ownership, making independent decisions, and involving colleagues in change.
Your main tasks:
You ensure that all IT services are delivered correctly, monitor the service catalog, and implement improvements to increase quality and efficiency in collaboration with the Service Owners within ITS.
You actively maintain contact with various internal departments and external suppliers and ensure that agreements are met.
You assess the performance of internal teams and external suppliers and adjust where necessary to achieve the agreed quality standards and report on this. If quality is at stake, you take the lead!
You ensure that all services comply with internal and external standards and support certifications and audits to ensure compliance.
You advise project teams on the impact of service implementation on the existing portfolio and contribute to a smooth transition from project to management.
You are strong in communication, analytical, and know how to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team and are familiar with IT Service Management. You have a proactive attitude and dare to question existing processes to implement improvements.
