As an IT Support Engineer in the Enterprise IT department, you will work with a talented team of IT Engineers across Europe, North America, and South America to deliver the best IT experience to employees. You will have exposure to new technologies, cloud systems, and networking infrastructure. Responsibilities include preparing and configuring new hardware for employees, acting as the first point of contact, resolving internal tickets on Jira, collaborating with other IT teams, and maintaining the asset inventory system. The role requires knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android), strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Knowledge of OS (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android)

  • Maintain and improve documentation
Good to have:
  • Understanding of network principles and protocols
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (Google Admin, Azure)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an IT Support Engineer in the Enterprise IT department you will work with a talented team of IT Engineers in multiple offices across Europe, North America and South America,  to deliver the best IT experience to our employees.  
You will have first-hand exposure to new technologies, cloud systems and networking infrastructure. 
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
  • Preparing and configuring new hardware for Internal employees. 
  • Being the first point of contact in your respective office location.
  • Resolve internal tickets on our Jira ticketing system. 
  • Work closely with other teams within the Enterprise IT department. 
  • Maintain the Asset inventory system to reflect correct data of IT assets. 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Essential skills 
  • Knowledge of different Operating systems  such as Windows,Mac OS, iOS and Android
  • Great Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain and improve the current documentation used both internally and by our employees

Nice to have skills
