What the Role Entails
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for assisting in building the ACT character pipeline in Japan, including recruitment and human resource coordination and management.
2. Responsible for coordinating project requirements with cross-national teams, assisting the head of the Japanese R&D team in breaking down project requirements into work objectives for the Japanese team.
3. Responsible for synchronizing and managing communication regarding work content and R&D progress between cross-national teams.
4. As the ACT character pipeline manager, ensure the progress of work objectives and the quality of deliverables.

1. Possess Japanese communication skills and be able to be based in Japan long-term.
2. Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
3. Familiar with action-competitive games, with a background in working in Japan, and a deep understanding of PVP type games is a plus.
