JR UX/UI Designer

Zipdev is seeking a JR UX/UI Designer to organize an existing Figma project into a well-structured, component-based design system. This role focuses on bringing consistency and scalability to the product's front-end design, ensuring a unified user experience for both developers and end-users. The ideal candidate will thrive on turning disorder into clarity, building scalable systems, and has a passion for user-centered design and visual precision, collaborating closely with engineers for pixel-perfect implementation.

Must Have

• Organize Figma project into a reusable design system
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes based on requirements
• Collaborate with engineers for pixel-perfect implementation
• Maintain and evolve the design system
• Ensure UX/UI consistency across all product surfaces
• High English Level (C1+)
• 1-2 years of experience in UX design or related role
• Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles, trends, and best practices
• Ability to think critically and incorporate user feedback into design solutions
• Must be located in Latam

This role is to bring structure, consistency, and scalability to a product’s front-end design. The current interface has evolved through individual design choices, resulting in visual and structural inconsistencies. We are looking for a dedicated designer to organize the existing Figma project into a well-structured, component-based design system that ensures a consistent and unified user experience for developers and end users alike.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning disorder into clarity, enjoys building scalable systems, and has a passion for user-centered design and visual precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the Figma project and organize it into a well-structured, reusable design system
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes based on requirements from the Business Analyst
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Maintain and evolve the design system as new features and components are added
• Ensure UX/UI consistency across all product surfaces, emphasizing usability and interaction quality

• 1-2 years of experience in UX design or a related role.
