This Business Analyst role serves as the crucial link between clients and the development team, ensuring clear understanding and documentation of client requirements. Responsibilities include formalizing user requirements, creating Jira stories, and producing client-facing documentation. The position aims to streamline communication and free up senior team members for strategic tasks, requiring an organized, proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced software development environments.
Must Have:
  • Participate in client meetings (camera on) to gather, clarify, and document requirements
  • Translate discussions into well-defined user stories and tasks in Jira
  • Maintain and manage Jira boards to ensure alignment between client expectations and technical work
  • Use AI and productivity tools such as Gemini, Scribe, and Synthesia to create user guides, FAQs, and how-to videos
  • Produce client-facing documentation and keep it up to date
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements
  • Act as a communication bridge to ensure smooth collaboration between clients and technical staff
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
  • Jira Proficiency: Ability to convert discussions into clear user stories and tasks
  • Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable leading and engaging in meetings with key clients
  • Proactive & Inquisitive Nature: Actively asks questions and seeks clarity to define requirements
  • Proficiency with Modern Tools: Skilled at using tools like Scribe, Synthesia, and Gemini for efficient and engaging documentation
  • Must be located in Latam

We are looking for a Business Analyst to serve as the essential bridge between clients and the development team. This role ensures that client requirements are clearly understood, documented, and transformed into actionable deliverables. By formalizing the intake of user requirements, creating Jira stories, and producing client-facing documentation, this position will free up the Founder and senior team members to focus on strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1+)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
  • Jira Proficiency: Ability to convert discussions into clear user stories and tasks
  • Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable leading and engaging in meetings with key clients
  • Proactive & Inquisitive Nature: Actively asks questions and seeks clarity to define requirements
  • Proficiency with Modern Tools: Skilled at using tools like Scribe, Synthesia, and Gemini for efficient and engaging documentation
  • Must be located in Latam
