Growe is seeking a Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain data models and transformations using DBT, and optimize datasets in AWS Athena and Redshift. The role involves collaborating with Data Engineers and BI Developers, implementing data quality tests, and partnering with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into scalable data solutions. Candidates should have strong SQL skills, experience with dbt, data modeling principles, Airflow, and Git, with intermediate English and Ukrainian language proficiency.

Must Have

• Design, develop, and maintain data models and transformations using DBT
• Build and optimize datasets in AWS Athena, Redshift
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Developers
• Implement data quality tests, documentation, and lineage
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements
• Contribute to the standardization of metrics and definitions
• Support Tableau/Analytic teams in performance tuning, source validation, and model optimization
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and continuous improvement of the data stack
• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data/Product Analyst, or BI Developer
• Strong SQL skills (analytical queries, CTEs, window functions, optimization)
• Experience with dbt (sources, models, tests, macros, documentation)
• Good understanding of data modeling principles (star schema, incremental builds, staging layers)
• Familiarity with Airflow DAGs, scheduling, and dependencies
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development
• English – intermediate or higher (able to communicate in technical discussions)
• At least an Intermediate level of the Ukrainian language
