Junior Accountant

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support the finance and accounting operations of a newly acquired game development studio and subsidiary of KRAFTON Inc. The role involves assisting with daily and ad hoc accounting operations, monthly book close, financial statement preparation, processing vendor invoices and corporate credit card transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The candidate will also be expected to challenge current processes and seek enhancements.

Must Have

• Assist with daily and ad hoc accounting operations
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with monthly book close, financial statement preparation and balance sheet reconciliation
• Process vendor invoices using company systems (Kissflow, Concur and SAP)
• Process corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements using Concur
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate coding and recording of expenses
• Maintain vendor information
• Track and reconcile company assets
• Perform bank reconciliation and daily cash report
• Keep track of employee fringe benefits
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Challenge current processes and seek process enhancement
• Assist with other accounting-related duties
• Stay updated with industry regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Entry-level through maximum 3 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting competencies
• Bilingual in English & Korean

• Experience with SAP and Concur

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Entry-level through maximum 3 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting competencies
• Bilingual in English & Korean; able to communicate with HQ office located in Korea
• Experience with SAP and Concur is a plus
