Antarctica Global, a Mumbai-based climate tech company, seeks a Junior Fullstack Developer to build the future of IoT and technology. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Fullstack Lead, and involves shaping the entire system for scale. The developer will collaborate with various teams to create optimal consumer experiences. Responsibilities include creating and consuming RESTful APIs, designing and maintaining applications, building efficient and reusable modules, writing high-quality code and documentation, and ensuring code maintainability and performance. Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining core product software and databases are also required, along with adhering to style standards and proficiency in browser-based debugging, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer to help us build the future of IoT and Technology.

The position is on a hybrid model, with a base in Mumbai.

You will be reporting to the Fullstack Lead of the company and be shaping up the entire system for scale. You’ll be collaborating intensively with Product Managers, Frontend & Backend Engineers, Design & Technical teams to create the best consumer experiences with the most delightful and scalable UI. You will work in a collaborative, transparent and highly delivery-driven environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

You will notably be asked to:

Create and consume RESTful APIs.
Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications.
Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules.
Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation
Focus on code maintainability and performance of the application.
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization & functionality.
You’ll be adhering to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
You must display proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing.
You must be proficient in understanding cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them and be very comfortable with responsive design.
