Job Description
Company description
As a Junior Manager IT Audit, the basis of your profession is to ensure that with your knowledge and leadership qualities you are able to play a connecting role between clients and your colleagues. You are a key figure within our Technology Risk Assurance team. You guide all kinds of IT assurance assignments - in audit, assurance or advisory form - focused on complex IT environments at our clients and work closely with your team to achieve high-quality results. Especially with your solution-oriented approach, you succeed in this for all your clients, regardless of the complexity of the case.
Did you know that at BDO you can work with different client segments? For example, you can focus on the profit sector (e.g., Financial or Tech) and serve clients in the public domain (e.g., Healthcare or Government).
You make a difference by guiding your colleagues in the team. You also take and bear responsibility for the work and performance of others within the team. You report periodically to the manager and/or the client on the progress and outcomes of ongoing investigations. You organize and monitor your own tasks and those of others within the assignment team and adjust when necessary. You also support accountants in auditing relevant IT systems for the annual financial statement audit and manage teams in these investigations. Always independently, and based on the latest tools, methods and techniques. The Technology Risk Assurance department consists of more than 120 colleagues and has great growth ambitions.
