The Audit Officer will report to the Global Revenues & Transversal Audits Manager. Key responsibilities include conducting transversal audits of Balance Sheet and P&L aggregates to ensure consistency and quality of group accounts, drafting recommendations, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Must Have
- Conduct transversal audits of Balance Sheet and P&L aggregates to ensure consistency and quality of group accounts
- Draft and coordinate recommendations, processes, and guidelines for group entities' accounting and financial departments to strengthen internal control environment
- Ensure follow-up of audits and correct application of written processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and be proactive: identify and propose new transversal audit topics
- Proactively collaborate with other departments and be the main internal contact for transversal audit topics
- Support external group audits (statutory audits, etc.)
- Solid experience in financial auditing of international groups
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting, tax, and mastery of audit techniques
- Strong command of English
- Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Suite, data visualization tools, and demonstrated experience in learning and deploying IT tools)

Job Description
Within Ubisoft's International Headquarters, you will join the Administrative Department of the Ubisoft group.
Reporting to the Global Revenues & Transversal Audits Manager, your main missions are as follows:
- Conduct transversal audits of Balance Sheet and P&L aggregates to ensure consistency and quality of group accounts.
- Draft and coordinate recommendations, processes, and guidelines for the accounting and financial departments of the group's entities to strengthen the internal control environment.
- Ensure follow-up of completed audits and the correct application of drafted processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and be proactive: identify and propose new transversal audit topics.
- Proactively collaborate with other departments and be the main internal point of contact for transversal audit topics.
- Support external group audits (statutory audits, etc.).
Qualifications
Relevant Experience
To succeed in this position, you must have solid experience in financial auditing of international groups and be looking to invest yourself in new missions within a constantly evolving multinational environment.

- You have strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting, tax, and master audit techniques.
- You are rigorous, structured, and organized, with a keen sense of priorities.
